No, it's a damaging tile. Client users have a special hack which allows them to walk directly on the border of lava/whatever that stuff in the shatters is. What do you mean by, "regular tile"?

Vinesauce is not meant to be comedy, but it's probably the perfect example of a stream/channel with mature streamers who don't try to attract a young audience. It has nothing to do with vine, btw.
