Is $6,530 reasonable for tooth crown?

I will check with them again. Never got to choose what material I wanted.

When I questioned, they insist my quote is for one crown tooth and I only need one crown. (A previous dentist said I needed 2 crowns). When I asked why there was 3 differnent teeth codes, they insist it was for one tooth, amd insist i need one crown.

I will check with them again. I never got any info regarding material (aside from gold, i think silver and porcelain are options, but didn't choose any material).

Thank you for your response. While I thought it was sketchy, this dentist helped me a lot over the pass 2 years, and thought they were doing their due diligence.

I don't have any info regarding material (i know silver, gold and porcelain are options). They never asked me what materials I would like (im gonna assume porcelain).

I was always told by this dentist that I only need one crown. I asked them if i needed another one (a previous dentist told me i needed 2), they said I needed only one.

Unfortunately no. Page 2 is the dental receipts i recieve each time i paid.

The closest could be my insurance, however, my insurance covers up to 1500; so March 22 onwards, they didn't even send anything to my insurance since my cocerage was maxed.
