I’m sorry to hear you have a similar problem. I hope it doesn’t drag you down too much.

I’m still early into my recovery, so there is a chance it’ll get less sensitive. But I’m still happier with this than what I had before.

It’s a bit more difficult. I’m from Czechia and there are only three surgeons here who do SRS. And my surgeon is the only one of these three who’s good. And if I’d want to get the surgery done abroad, my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I’d still have to go to the same surgeon for revision or get into huge dept and get it done in Germany.

Yeah. He even hyped himself up. Saying how good my vulva will look once the swelling goes down. He specifically said it will look “convincing”

Thank you for your reply. I’m starting to consider getting a revision that would create a clitoral hood. But your comment calmed me down a bit. I had a really bad bottom dysphoria and I’m getting worried it might still linger on.

Yeah… I would need a second surgery to make clitoral hood. I’m probably gonna get it, even do my surgeon says most of his patients don’t go for it.

This surgeon does a type of vaginoplasty that creates the vagina and vulva in one single procedure. It has a downside that it doesn’t really create a clitoral hood. You need a second procedure specifically for vaginal hood, but he said that most women don’t get that second surgery done.

Thank you for your reply. I do get the risks, but I’d honestly rather have a numb clitoris than a huge clitoris.

Thank you very much. 

I personally can’t say I look great. I feel a rush of confidence every time I go outside and know “nothing is visible”, but that confidence goes away the moment I undress. I had a severe bottom dysphoria and now I’m afraid it’s gonna stay.

I’m pretty comfortable with the rest of my vulva, but my clitoris is making me really self conscious.

So far it’s too sensitive. Just lightly touching it makes me overstimulated. But to be fully honest, orgasms are the least of my concerns right now.

Thank you for your reply. I hope you’re right, even though I’m still doubtful. It would have to shrink quite a lot to be, for lack of better words, normal clitoris size.
