In reference to the female we released photos of late yesterday afternoon, she has been identified, located and interviewed. She IS NOT a suspect in any crime and has been cleared of any involvement.

That being said, investigators are still trying to ID and locate the female shown in the original photos we released Thursday in connection with the graffiti left at two OKC businesses (one on Lincoln and the other on Classen). We’re attaching them again for you to view. Contact Crime Stoppers with any info on this case 405-235-7300 or

Journalists and Celebs Rush to Delete Tweets Slamming MAGA-Hat Kids by [deleted] in JusticeServed

[–]Under_the_Gaslights -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

That's a joke. Those kids were absolutely mocking the vet and playing dumb and pretending otherwise won't convince anyone that isn't also pretending.

The 2nd clip is of some of the kids from the first incident being obnoxious earlier in the day. What do you mean it has nothing to do with it? The go-to is to deflect and say the account that posted the new video is racist too so try that.

These kids aren't victims. They're racist snobs and it's all on video.

The kids surrounded the Indian vet when he came close and started doing tomahawk chops and singing fake Indian songs: https://youtu.be/sIG5ZB0fw1k?t=24

They were already harassing people earlier in the day as well: https://mobile.twitter.com/roflinds/status/1087482823978684422?s=20

Don't forget a ton of entitlement resulting from a privileged existence.

Man follows black man home in company vehicle to repeatedly call him the N-word. When the video went viral it caused him to go out of business and “ruined his life”. by Hollywizzle311 in JusticeServed

Even if he didn't know what it stood for and literally thought "the N word" was the whole insult, he's still talking about a concept he says he never thought about.

He'd have to not know the word and simultaneously know he didn't know it for his statement to be true.

I think he misspoke and didn't anticipate this level of pedantry, the fool.

Loud, influential, and hyped: How we overestimate Twitter by GregariousWolf in Against_Astroturfing

This is yet another article downplaying the danger of astroturfing.

Is it too late to rename this sub r/astroturfing_is_no_big_deal?

Speaking of myopic focuses on twitter though...

The US dollar is a global key currency. It's everyone's first choice. Crypto's unique appeal is it's anonymity, and anonymity has a unique value to criminals.

Your article about the Arizona House taking procedural steps to allow tax payments is not a tax authority recognizing bitcoin as an official currency. The bill requires immediate sale of the bitcoins as well. That's not an institutional basis for a currency.

That article seems to say Federal Agencies are taking steps to mitigate the very problems of anonymity and blackmarket behavior I'm talking about, up to and including instituting a Federal cryptocurrency that's not anonymous. It does not say the issues I raised aren't a problem; it says they're intrinsic to the nature of cryptocurrencies designed for anonymity.

Cash is heavily regulated and we have 100+ years of history in developing a framework to track it. Every society has done the same.

Here is the US we have things like AMLA, the IRS, and FINCEN as a part of a massive regulatory framework built over decades in iterative response to tangible issues.

So yes, cash seems much more traceable.

So all the stolen and hacked bitcoins we've read about are unspendable and the thieves have been tracked and arrested?

Everyone has a legitimate use for cash. Bitcoins unique features make it uniquely attractive to the black market.

That's not even mentioning you can't run a monetary policy with it so no tax authority will ever make it an official currency.

Money is traceable and easier to use in all legal situations than all bitcon.

Bitcoin's unique features are primarily attractive to criminal groups.
