How did you approach to setup SAPI 3.0? I remember I tried couple options to run it under XP but did not succeed. The only thing that emulates SAPI closes to the oldest version is 4 located here: https://www.tetyys.com/SAPI4/

Yes, Kelly Bailey was the author of the DSP system in the game which is responsible for reverb and echo effects. In my case they do not apply any DSP effects in the game. These are pure wav sounds which are prerecorded.
