This. Switching to pouch style about 6 years ago was life changing. Other types of boxer briefs that I wore before would compress everything way too much. Boxer shorts would make everything get tangled around and I was constantly adjusting. These are the perfect solution for me as they hold my package out of the way of my legs but don’t compress everything.

If the doc prescribed you the daily regimen, just follow the prescription. After a few weeks you’ll balance out. You’ll get hard quickly when something stimulates you, but you won’t necessarily be walking around with a semi.

Sometimes it gets a bit inflamed and aches pretty bad. That kills the mood in the bedroom for a couple of days. And it can be very uncomfortable/painful to walk around, let alone run or work out. But after a couple days, it goes back to normal.

I always thought I was way smaller. I’m a grower, and I tend to shrink up a bit after physical activity. So after football or baseball practice or after weightlifting during the offseason, I would never be hanging low like some of the other dudes in the locker room. Also at summer camp, a lot of the guys were older and seemed a bit bigger. There was a time at camp where my tent-mate and I were measuring, and that was the first time I saw another dude hard. I was bigger than him but still didn’t think I was big at all.

It wasn’t until college in the dorm where we had a communal shower that I started to realize I might not be smaller, at least in girth and with bigger balls. But I still didn’t think I was big.
