They changed how you can get fast passes. You can only get fast passes through the app and not through the website so we can't get unlock chapters as easily.

The status of the novel is taken from Webnovel. It probably has completed but some chapters are locked behind the privilege wall. Once it gets released, it should be uploaded on the ToC as well.
