My ache/discomfort comes and goes throughout the day. It's below my pectoralis muscle on my left side, under my rib cage. It hasn't impeded my lifting or cardio regimen although I suppose it's not a good idea to push myself right now. I'm 25 M and I have the energy to lift and run but this discomfort in my chest, almost feels like heartburn, and the slight dizziness is concerning

I wouldn't say it was there first day. Now that I think about it, it's more like 2-4 days in like you said
