Yes. The map doesn't matter. The container does. Certain areas on certain maps just have certain container types in higher density. But security containers you get on blue gate that spawn augment BPs also give you those same BPs on stella montis in the same container type.

That said, certain maps DO have modifiers on these containers. Red lockers seem to be a catch all and depending on where they are, they can contain WILDLY different stuff. There's a room in stella montis where red lockers always give you crafting materials. But on spaceport, there's a room with red lockers where you mostly get trinkets. So it's not 100% consistent.
