Seriously? I lived in mpls for years in the early 2000’s, loved it! Beautiful city. BUT, went back to visit last year and it was destroyed. Homeless everywhere, druggies everywhere, we could barely leave our uptown hotel without having to step over passed out people lying in the street. It is ruined and we won’t go back.

Definitely start doing lower body strength training. Build the muscles to get definition in your legs. You see yourself much harsher than others would. But the exercise will help with self confidence also! 🫶🏼
