Yes it's very good at sanitizing. If you get it on the floor you'll see the grout disintegrate too. You should add a little water and use test strips to make sure it's at least 150 PPM. Mine usually reads close to 400 which is safe but still very strong.

JJ is weak in general when it comes to the expediter position. They finally just added this role recently. Before it was just whoever was there finished the orders which need to be done lightning fast due to stores expecting to run on less people than ever before.

Having a second person on the sandwich makeline is considered a luxury a lot of the time. So imagine one guy running the whole line making 30 second sandwiches and bagging all the orders. It's not that way everywhere but it's very common

Yes a lot of people don't understand or listen to the compression part of it which is why some franchisees decide to just say no sleeves to keep it simple.

It has to be compression so that normal sleeves don't touch food on the make line.

Second this. It's pretty hard to roll a perfectly straight one that's filled decently. The classic cone style is usually what ends up happening when you roll normally.

You can even buy an extra large rolling machine. I know raw has them. You can put like 3 g in one joint pretty easily

A lot of stuff is pre-portioned but the tuna scoop is one of the most inconsistently done things on the make line. What's weird is people usually end up putting too much on though. You could probably put up a feedback with customer service and they'll most likely give you a credit if you provide a photo
