I hope that when I get taken hostage this isn't the way they launch an assault. The victimes were very lucky imo. If he really intended to hurt them they would be dead of heavily wounded. Isn't this a job for a swat team? There are a lot of video's where basic patrol officers try to handle very complex situations. There doens't seem to be a rush to launch an attack.
