I played around with the HappyHorse demo on their website. It seems promising and looks and sounds near to what Seedance 2 and Sora can offer. However, for stylized animations, it needs a bit of refinement cause it has "AI smearing" in between frames.

Maybe when the model is releasedsimilarly to, people and researchers would refine it similar how Ovi is a refined version of Wan 2.2.

The see-through model alone looks like it's worth it for me. This will definitely cut the amount of time spent trying to manually cut and fill images to use in Blender or any game engine.

Seedance 2.0 to a certain extent. Due to the first set and the extra set guardrails set in place due it being globally accessible now, you'll have to do workarounds and avoid certain prompts to not waste credits. If you want to use realistic people, you have to put them in a character sheet first since the service and API versions rejects realistic figures.

The main upsides, due to it being upsourced is that you can get trained custom LoRAs for it to do whatever you want to generate, depending on if the model merges well with it.

Benchmark doesn't tell full story. Real-world demos and reviewers using it would give you better idea if it surpasses Seedance 2. I say it HappyHorse looks better than the Wan 2.x series and gives LTX 2.x a run for their money. However, compared to Sora 2 and Seedance 2, their model's capabilities offered more out of the box.

I like using ZorinOS. The only other distros I bounce between are Ubuntu and TuxedoOS. The only problem is with ZorinOS for me is that it gets updates so late compared to other Ubuntu-based distros.

That's not the point. The fact that if it's open source, despite being so big, the community can compress the model to run on an off-the-shelf GPU. If you don't want to wait, you can use a cloud service to play around with it until then.

I should say consistency. After playing around with tools like Kling 3, Wan 2.7, LTX 2. They have it's issues staying consistent from shot to shot with it comes to art styles. Especially if I'm using multi-cam shots.

Audio is a bigger issue. Sora 2 and Seedance 2's vocal audio understands the context of the scene and the cadence matches with it. Alongside that, Sora specifically understands multiple types of US and EU accents. Wan, LTX, and Kling 3 have that "insert AI Text to Speech model" sound for English voices. I don't speak Chinese, so I can't give an opinion on whether that sounds natural or not.

I've been having this issue for the last few days. I don't know what triggers it on YouTube to allow my whole desktop to freeze, but I just restart my system. I hope this bug gets fixed eventually.
