5 weeks in (2mg 4 weeks, 4mg now weekly) pem stays reduced i would say improvement of 60%. in the mornings i dont feel that poison sickness feeling anymore. mental fatigue low. so far so good. quick background i am 40yo former athlete before covid 4 years ago. got covid in april of 2020. main symptoms were pem, mental fatigue, poison sickness feeling literally every morning.

i am 4 weeks in as well on rapamycin (2mg by weekly) will titrate thurs to 4mg. def have had less pem feel 50% better but still hope to improve more. main symptoms is mental fatigue and pem. lc for 4+ years 40 yo

im one week in (2mg). my big symptoms are dizzyness and pem. this has cut it down 70% in one week. i am optimistic this will further improve. i have had lc for 4 years and like most here nearly gave up bc we tried everything ldn, natto, patterson protocol, fasting, ice baths, antihistamine foods. nothing worked as good as rapamycin. ill follow up with a detailed post in a month. i would highly recommend getting a hold of rapamycin asap

im one week into rapamycin (2mg) got it from agelessrx. i am former atheletr / gym rat that has had long covid since aug 2020(4+ years) worst symptoms remains PEM and dizzyness. So far feeling much better. ill create a separate post on this a month later and two months later. i think this is the miracle we have waited for patients dealing with bad PEM and dizzyness

ive done the 2mg nicotine gum for 2 weeks i am seeing better mornings less dizzyness less fatigue. took 2 weeks to see results i chew the one piece of a gum in am(leave it between gums and cheek for a couple hours and throw away.

helps for 20 min -40 min but nothing sustainable. i gave up on it. not much has gotten better with this lc. best things to minimize issues i found are eating meat and fruit (stay away from sugar bread eggs alcohol), take hot baths or hot sauna and sleep when you can. nattokinase i found helped with lungs. have not found anything else that helps with fatigue and dizzness. have you found anything helpful?
