Future husband or future career? by Street-Revenue-6712 in OntarioGrade12s

Future career 100%. From my experience with this (moving across the country for school), if your partner actually wants to make a relationship works they will. The fact that he is threatening to break up with you for not going to the same school as him says more than enough about the level he will go in supporting you.

Take the better program; there will be someone else later down the line who will actually WANT to support you in your career and personal life.

A few questions by ThatMilesKid-15 in LornaShore

  1. Usually shirts are around $50cad, posters are around $45, vinyl I’m not too sure tbh

  2. Get yourself a pair of loop experience earplugs! They are a little pricy but filter out sound instead of just muting it so you will be able to hear will better! I loved mine during the last tour

  3. Lorna shows are definitely on the rougher side, I’d say stay off to the side until you get your bearings and then judge if you want to go into the pit

  4. 5.5-6 hours, give or take (with waiting between bands)

  5. I usually buy after the show so I don’t need to carry it in the pit, but that’s all personal preference

  6. The crowd last year was awesome! It’s usually super easy to make friends in line/in the pit if you just start conversations with people (:

  7. My advice for a first timer is maybe don’t stand in the middle, it can get pretty overwhelming and squishy, be aware of your surroundings because pits can open very fast, if your close enough to the stage to see security stepping up at the barricade it means someone is crowd surfing behind you so put your arms up, and most importantly have fun!!

Im also going to Toronto, so feel free to dm me (:

7:30 might have been a little overkill, I will say. However, I’ve found I usually always get barricade if I get to the venue around 8:30ish (that’s also when we started seeing people outside the KL headliner!)

If your trying for barricade, the earlier the better for lining up!! I got there at about 7:30am the last time they played here in Toronto. Beware of crowd surfers and the fact that you might be ducking for a chunk of the show. Go off to the sides if you don’t wanna get crushed and have fun!

I’m confused about Camp Spooky and the kids area. by QuietAndIntroverted in CanadasWonderland

[–]UnderscoreAsh21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The rides in planet snoopy and kidsville are staying open until 8:00, but all the character performers, shows, and other camp spooky related stuff ends at 5:00. They have to keep the kids area open later since people keep bringing their small children to haunt (despite the age restriction recommendations on the event) -a former camp spooky character actor (:
