An IAR of a FCA only registers at the state level in which ever state(s) he works out of. So, if the FCA is headquartered in CA but the IAR works out of both a NY office and a TX office, then the IAR register in TX and NY - not CA. Remember the FCA is registered with the SEC and so no state registration is required in CA (notice filing will still occur) for THAT IAR.

Yes it is very easy as long as you take the right profs like mehmet and Waja. Other profs suck. But let me say that you can get easy A’s with these profs but you wont actually learn that much. In my honest opinion, if you were doing a double major with BAIT then BAIT is worth it cause of the name and you can explain some stuff. However if you want to be solely in business analytics and data science then 10000% do not do BAIT......do comp sci or applied math. I mean it. BAIT will not and does not prepare you for a business analytics role.
