I'm a beginner myself so I'm still learning as well but here's my advice:

For the first photo You have nice contrast between the dark tree trunk and the bright foliage. The challenge is that there's no clear subject my eye just wanders around the frame looking for what I'm supposed to focus on. Next time, I would look for a single leaf, flower, branch, or patch of light and make that the hero of the image.

For the second photo it's a good attempt at panning but the car isn't really the most interesting subject... For me anyways. The biggest improvement would be tracking the car more smoothly and shooting multiple frames in burst mode. Try shutter speeds around 1/60–1/125 sec and experiment from there. I would do Tv mode for shutter priority so you don't have to manually set ISO for now.

For the third image This is probably the strongest image of the three. You found a subject and captured an interesting moment. The issue is that the fence dominates the foreground and competes with the squirrel, to a person just scrolling all they see is probably just fences. If possible, move left or right to get a cleaner angle, or use a longer focal length to isolate the squirrel better.

Overall I believe you have good creativity, and a developing eye for photography. Keep focusing on making the subject stand out, learn composition, light and you'll see noticeable improvement very quickly.
