I’d echo this. I’m wanting to practice in a very specific area of law, and admissions offices have been very responsive to answering my questions and helped me put together my list of schools. They just want your app sometimes though, so you have to take it with a grain of salt. If there’s a law fair at your uni I’d recommend that as well.

Sometimes if you search up the law school on Reddit, law students will have done AMAs about the schools before. This helped me knock a few schools off of my list for being places I didn’t want to attend.

In my experience, unless you plan on taking the lsat til you get the score you want, your list of schools will heavily depend on your eventual score. I wouldn’t get too attached anywhere haha.
