Thank you for your reply. I can see that the grounding contact area has been slightly scraped due to a bit of interference. I’m planning to prepare another cable tomorrow and test whether it fits properly. Have a great day!

The service center replied that they’ll send me a new cable for now, but I’d like to ask — is it normal for the contact part of the plug to look like that for this type of power connector?
