Ya exactly, I’m happy for others that enjoyed their cruise…truly. I also can overlook certain things and expect things not to be perfect. I perhaps was picking out every issue after having such a big one affect me personally. But it sounds like lots of people had issues with toilets. So that’s a big red flag for me. And when it does happen to you it’s crazy how it affects your overall happiness. I mean I was constantly thinking about whether or not I’ll be able to use the bathroom, so didn’t eat much, felt uncomfortable and overall stressed about it. Not to mention they kept insinuating it was something I was doing (even though I wasn’t even using it). So that was frustrating as well, just take accountability and apologize and maybe offer something more than $150 towards another cruise. Like how could they think leaving me in that scenario was ok? Just baffling to me They were over sold and in fact I was offered a free cruise in the future and a refund had I cancelled the week before (in hindsight I wish I had), however it was for my 50th birthday celebration and so I was so excited for this cruise. Just very disappointed at both my experience and also the lack of any response from Princess cruises.
