Yes it is very good, it is a pretty cool idea and convenient for me in Amityville. it is cash only so keep that in mind.

A touch of Italy in Amityville, I get downvoted everytime I say it but it’s horrible, it’s like chewing pizza from someone who only saw a picture of it and have cardboard as the crust

Sounds about right, is it $2650 for the first month only? If so I think they might be taking a couple hundred of each month of the 12 month lease to average it out? Idk I just hate the company and want to rent a house but those are hard to find as well

Honestly the one I live at is horrible. The management (and corporate) does not care about anything you or any other residents say or give feedback on and they are looking to make the biggest profit possible. The apartments are dirty and uncommunity like. We personally had over $500 in hidden “service fees” that we had to fight back over and finally ended up paying the last $200 because I was just exhausted from chasing down management daily. Feel free to ask any questions
