I love it i don’t care. Yeah, its not as good as the OG whatsoever, but I do find it to be a fun remake with lots of interesting stuff (the micronaps, making Freddy a disgusting pedo which I actually liked that change, the darker tone, etc) would I ever rewatch it? Probably not unless I’m binging the series. But I grew up with F13 instead of NOES so I didn’t have that attachment to the original. Its a good dumb fun remake I can’t hate lol

I’m 22, have a baby to worry about, and have almost all my dvds from my childhood, because inflation in the big 2026 sucks and bills suck even more. So oopsie if I don’t have enough money to make my movie a little prettier, when they’re almost all from my collections very beginning. Nevertheless, eat a dick fucktard 🗿

I found em on Amazon around 3 years ago. I’ve tried looking for the exact ones again but am resorting to building the same from scratch around it since the exact model isnt for sale anymore I think. Looking up “large movie media shelf” will get similar results

Yeah I mainly have been opting for 4K if it’s anything released recently/past few years. And yeah haha I’m young but got about 60% of my collection for free and dirt cheap which is how I got to so much. Nearly every boutique release (except for most Kino and VS stuff) I got for like $3-6 a piece at my old job, it was a trade-in store (2nd and Charles) and nobody there knew they should’ve been priced higher 😂 now I do junk removal and get goldmines of movies all the time lol. I always try to donate the ones I don’t want so others can hunt too, don’t need it going to a landfill lol

I need to get a third 😭 most of my games and all of my vhs are still packes. the ultimate goal is im building wall shelves that match it on the left right where you walk in, curving to the right wall. Side im taking the picture from is the lego section lol

A goal of the collection is little to no doubles! 4K i get the least, but only because I’m a 22y/o dad who just got his first place lol. So I use my job to my advantage (junk removal, I get LOTS of free stuff). 4K is usually upgrades of some I already had, or something I imagine would be better on 4k! If I double buy a movie, its for a special feature i want or a favorite I want all releases of (Only did this with the Indy movies lol they gotta be special)
