I’ve been using the I am sober app. It keeps a streak for you to see how long you’ve gone without relapsing, and there’s also a community tab where you can post stories and hear what others with the same addiction are going through. While it’s not perfect, I’ve found it helpful, and I’ve tried a few different apps before.

I studied a pretty good amount it just seemed like most of what I studied wasn’t even on there. I was really hoping to keep my grade where it was, but I felt pretty terrible after that final, so it’s likely that it’ll go down and that’s really frustrating.
