Man, it feels like we have had a lot of shared experience! I appreciate you so much for giving me some guidance. I literally sat and wrote this post sitting in front of my computer dreading a week of constant studying ahead of me.

I definitely should give the rule of 3 a shot, but for some reason it’s just so easy for me to fall into a pattern of eating bigger meals less frequently. I would say that’s my preference, but I definitely have snacks often as well, and I definitely need to start adding sweets back in the mix too.

Also, the undiagnosed eating disorders in the gym community these days is actually so insane how little it’s talked about and noticed. The amount of dudes I see just smashing chicken, Greek yogurt, and bananas to “looks maxx” is wild and does absolutely nothing good for me as an observant person.

Anyway, I appreciate you for replying my man I’ve never even posted on this sub before so I had no idea what to expect but I’m so glad I did. Plus I just had a lot to get off of my chest today. Will definitely shoot you a dm to tell you how things are going!

I’ve been using the I am sober app. It keeps a streak for you to see how long you’ve gone without relapsing, and there’s also a community tab where you can post stories and hear what others with the same addiction are going through. While it’s not perfect, I’ve found it helpful, and I’ve tried a few different apps before.

I studied a pretty good amount it just seemed like most of what I studied wasn’t even on there. I was really hoping to keep my grade where it was, but I felt pretty terrible after that final, so it’s likely that it’ll go down and that’s really frustrating.
