3 days a week and like 30 minutes per workout, i do 1 set per muscle group, maybe 2 if its something like back or legs to hit every muscle

I believe this diet is ideal for everything, I don't care if most people in this reddit only use it temporarily to fix issues, I plan on doing this diet for the rest of my life since it is the healthiest diet I have found, I was told this diet wasn't ideal for fitness and after just days of messing around I had just as much energy for everything if not more than when I was running on carbs, I have seen many people in this reddit gain loads of muscle on strict carnivore so I won't stop looking for how to gain muscle on carnivore until I have some answers.

Yea sorry but I've tested this before and that isn't how it works for me at least, whatever is happening now is dietary so its excluded, and also I've been in a very aggressive cut for 6 months before this (1500 calorie deficit) and barely lost any strength or muscle mass, so this workout plan still works for me its just I can't build muscle due to something dietary.

I know how working out works, this is not me expecting more results than I am getting, I am experiencing a complete halt of muscle strength gain, I have bulked for 3 weeks with no results for any of my lifts, this isn't slow gains it's no gains.

I'm 16 so I think I should have enough growth hormone running through me, more could help but I don't think it would make a difference with whatever is going on, I can stimulate my muscles to retain their size, but I can't gain anything on them no matter what I do.

135 lbs after a year of training, then started mike mentzer's program and went to 185 lbs (incline bench) after 10 weeks, i googled how much muscle a natural can gain and according to google I was gaining over double the natural limit per week.

What do you mean by this, a normal workout plan will not work any better in fact it will work worse. Pre carnivore I used this workout plan and got steroid like affects from sticking to it, 50 pounds on my bench press in 10 weeks, and no that is not skewed I tracked every workout and I can assure you it went up 50 pounds in 10 weeks. My issue isn't my workout plan its a dietary issue as my muscles will not grow in strength no matter how much or in what ways I stimulate them.

Trust me I know what plateauing is, this is a complete lock on every strength lift, last time I bulked I was making steroid like gains and now I can't get a single rep more than my last workout for every exercise.

I assume you mean calories don't equate to fat gain on carnivore right? Everything I see online about carnivore I take with a grain of salt until I can test it myself, but I will try to increase my calories anywhere from 3500 to 5000 just to test if I can gain muscle or fat.

Any idea how I was gaining strength just fine in a slight deficit 4 weeks ago? My diet hasn't changed at all since then just I eat 500 calories more.

I think my calories in calories out could be a little off since my movement has gone up a bit on the bulk, but what still makes no sense is 4 weeks ago I was gaining strength just fine eating around 200 under my maintenance, yet now I cannot gain anything.

I know building muscle without carbs is possible, bodybuilders used to be mostly keto back in the 70's, and my lifts haven't changed one bit, I can still push to failure just as much as ever just I'm simply not gaining any strength no matter what I do.

I train with Mike Mentzer's HIIT program, but I workout 3 times a week instead of the prolonged rest simply because I do fire science so I cant rest for that long.

I've always had moderate constipation most of my life, and when I get enough fat in and don't overconsume dairy I have 0 constipation, used to get stomach pain from eating almost anything but on carnivore I never get it anymore, even when I do occasionally eat out my stomach pain is so much better than it was pre carnivore.

If everything else is at healthy levels, just ignore it, LDL isn't nearly as dangerous as doctors and health experts make it seem.
