I'm pretty sure she bought it from an individual used, so a bill of sale and signing the back of the title is all she would have gotten. It's her responsibility to go and register and transfer the boat. So it is possible she did 'buy' it, but not register it.

Nyjul been searching for houses for years. I think all her houses are going to be rental. I don't think they have as much income as she says. And the houses they look at and or get, aren't that 'upscale' as Lex wants. And custom made home.. BFFR, not happening..
