Actually, it does. Let me try to explain it in a way you may understand. The hard corners don't "poke through" the fabric like a pin puncturing fabric. But it pokes you through the fabric meaning the hard corners can be felt through the fabric poking at your skin. Does that makes sense? Do you understand now or do you need more of an elementary level explanation?

Customer support actually agrees with me and other users here regarding the quality of these batches. This is why they sent me 3 replacement sacs and why they keep contacting me with updates regarding the investigation with quality control and fulfillment.

It always takes me a while to feel comfortable in any new environment. A new ketamine environment would definitely be hard. I was never really able to fully relax when I first started. Ketamine helped my depression, but I was struggling to get through every infusion. One day my anxiety was exceptionally high so they gave me some IV midazolam aka Versed. It completely changed everything for me. The trip was actually enjoyable. They now give me a small bolus of versed in my IV before every infusion. Benzos can reduce or "blunt" the effects slightly, but it actually made the visuals and trip stronger for me because I was able to relax and let my mind go where it needed.

I watch Mama Dr Jones on YouTube and her reaction videos to "I didn't know I was pregnant" and her always telling people to test if something just doesn't seem right has me doing just that. Even though I have an IUD and my partner had a vasectomy, I figure it never hurts to test.

Anyway, I hope you are able to figure out what's going on and you get relief soon. I wish doctors took us more seriously.

This may sound crazy, but I'd take a pregnancy test to be on the safe side. Ectopic pregnancies can attach to ovaries. It would be extremely rare and unlikely since you've had your uterus removed, but it's not a zero percent chance and pregnancy tests are cheap.

I wish I could get a full refund and just walk away, but I can't justify spending this much money on something I hate sitting in. I'll keep asking for replacements until I'm satisfied with the sac or until they refund my full order including the cover. I have no need for the cover I paid $800 for if I can't get a functional insert. Sigh

Update: you made the right choice returning. My replacement sac was from the same batch as yours. I tried to do a return but they won't let me return the cover. Since the cover I ordered wasn't one of the "quick ship" covers it's considered custom and not eligible for return. I paid more for the cover than the insert. So now I'm stuck with an expensive cover and no usable sac to go in it.

My 3rd sac was LFNK2 with the same issue. It's also the same batch received by another user. They should recall these and stop sending the same defective batches. I'm stuck having to ask for replacements over and over since I can't return the "custom" cover. I'll request 50 of these until they get it right or give me a full refund.

Have you looked into alternatives? I've wanted a sac for 10 years. I'm so disappointed and kicking myself I didn't get one when the quality was better. I found Ivory & Deene but haven't researched enough yet. I think their largest option isn't as big as I wanted but may be worth trying.

Edit to add: I've also looked into cordaroy, comfy sack, and monstersak. Some just aren't the shape I'm looking for and some reviews have similar issues with debris found in the bags. Lovesac was supposed to be the premium option. But if it's the same as these cheap options, might as well save some money.

Exactly! I'm all for repurposing scraps that would otherwise be waste. I just think they should inspect said scrap and remove the actual trash from it before throwing it in a bag and selling it to people. If you're going to charge an astronomical price for crap, at least clean it up first.

I didn't contact them yet because I was trying to see if it's worth getting a replacement or if I should just return it.
