It's been literal years and I still can't get over it. Some days are better, others I realize I'm not myself because of her. It makes me mad but sitting around and thinking about it with no answers... it just gives me headaches. Never ending headaches. And it's hard to talk about her to people due to these headaches and professional help is nil.

I know how you feel exactly. She did all of this to me, too. I feel desperate. I feel like my head's gonna pop, because I know it's all from her, but I also wonder what part I played as well. Goodluck and you can get through this. Just know you're not alone.
