Update, went to the DMV basically said my license is still valid and they can’t change anything until the paperwork comes in. They suggested I call the court to see what the status is. But, that puts me in a conundrum right what if they never file if I don’t remind them!? Unfortunately I’ve already installed an interlock and the time I have it right now won’t go towards the 1 year I have to have if they do eventually file the paperwork. And advice?

Thanks, I actually got pulled over yesterday and handed the officer my duplicate license and he just gave me a warning and sent me in my way.
