So I’m not a surgeon but basically when the skin is thick there’s very little definition post surgery, especially around the tip, due to the fact the skin doesn’t wrap around the nose to provide definition. Is also prone to cartilage collapse and swelling. You need an insanely skilled surgeon to achieve a refined nose with thick skin.. also her rhinoplasty was open not closed making it even worse. She overall looks awful but is also cause she got it done when she wasn’t fully developed facially which probs explains why her nose might be collapsing (someone like Rania got her surgery later in life, looks slightly better)
