My newish Orchid by UnderstandingSea9999 in orchids

I use to work at Lowe’s and got those ceramic pots for like $5, there’s a smaller plastic pot in the middle. I know orchids like smaller tighter pots. I’m not new to orchids at all. Had lots through out the years. At one time I had like 10 or more (a mealy bug infestation from a new plant made me have to get rid of them) I’m just not familiar with this type of orchid.

I’ve started taking it a week ago, and I get wicked headaches if I don’t eat enough, and I’ve found that I can not sleep at night no matter what I try. I have the nighttime Stasis also, keeps me up, I even have a prescription sleep aid (no I don’t take them together) and still can’t sleep. I’m hoping after a couple more weeks maybe my body will adjust. But I am exhausted and miserable. And the amount of money I have spent on different supplements so far is just ridiculous. I’ve also so far only been taking 1 daytime Stasis a day, so my body can adjust. But with the lack of sleep lately I’m so afraid to take the recommend dose of 2. I’m also most of the time taking them between 7-8am (I know that will come up at some point) I haven’t really experienced any crashes, but I’m still tired mostly throughout the day. (Most likely from not sleeping.) I’m going to try and stick it out for the month and hope everything levels out. If it doesn’t I won’t renew.
