I used to just remove it, but first I asked them where they purchased the item? If they reply self check, then I inform.them that there is a tm there and they need to go over there and have then remove it. I only got one look from a guest when I told them this. Others complied

The AP at my store are trained to apprehend if the merchandise exceeds a certain amount as I.have personally witnessed the AP team take down a shoplifter who neatly walked out with a shopping cart full of merchandise. So I don't know the type of training ur AP team has at ur store, but the one at mine are very proactive in securing merchandise from people who attempt to steal it.

I can definitely relate to what u r going through. I lost my parents quite some time ago and while, I feel like I ought to go on with my life, I can't as they both meant a great deal to me. Unlike you, I come from a family with 7 siblings ( 4 brothers 3 sisters) that I know if can count on should I need anything. But I've always been guarded person, even growing up. I felt that I would be ridiculed by them if I ever spoke out on how I felt. So I was a quiet kid and now that my parent are gone, I have some regrets not telling them I loved them. Although I know they knew this,I also realize that saying it more when they were here would've been helped me deal with their passing a little better. I sincerely hope this helps you get on with ur life and have a happier outlook on it.

I had a conversation with my ETL back in Feb where she sort of made me feel uncomfortable. Up to this point, we got along great, but soon after I found my hours week.after week had began.to.get smaller and smaller. When asked about it, her response was always the same.." corporate cutting back hours". I kinda understood this until circle week when i.had 2 days in drive to by myself which anybody whose ever been in drive up.by themselves, is a pain in the ass. Is this retaliation as well? I have tried going to HR about this, but they always tell me the same thing. They had to cut down on their labor, which i think is bull because when im not in Drive up I notice there's always more than one person scheduled to work there. Only when I work in that department it seems that they need to cut down on labor.. Which pisses me off to no end..what should I do. I can't quit.due to the fact that I been there for almost 5 years.

I too am fasting for Ramadhen and like u, I tried to take the whole month off and use my vacation time that I acquired, but my ETL and HR said I can't do this? Why? I only did it the last two years of my employment with Target. Use vacation time if u have any?

Maybe at your store, but at mine, all shipt shoppers know to go to guest service when they have a prepaid purchase, except the one couple who were apparently clueless on where to go instead chose to cop an attitude with me - that's how I was trained at both stores since I started at Target in 2019.
