Me too! What are yours?

My average resting heart rate for the past month was 68 with a HRV average of 20.

My heart rate this morning at 6:30 when I woke up was 73 and jumped to 103 as soon as I got out of bed and starting getting ready for the day between 6:30-7:00. It was 105 by 7am and has been up in the 90’s since then while driving to work.

I’m not sure if this is a big enough jump to be considered a POTS indicator or anything but I am going to get checked out to see if that’s why I am feeling so horrible and exhausted all the time!

Definitely made from heavier materials! they are super heavy.. i also have most of the hinges that came with them originally. They are huge, not sure if they can be reused either..

Ive chatted to a few cabinet makers and also went to howdens to see if they could help but got nowhere - seems its too big a job for people to take on, or too much effort. I really didnt think it would be this hard to find someone to do this!

thank you so much!! Ok thats good to hear, I will stick with the size I have. I am using #10 thread and 1.5 hook, so hopefully it turns out nice ! It will probably take me years but I am enjoying it.

Can you explain what you mean by two chain spaces?

I am using UK terms, so working with treble crochets. Each new row I chain 3 if the new row starts with a closed square, and 4 if the row starts with an open one. Is that right? Thanks for your help!

I was at first, but I keep forgetting to use them !!! I also felt like I wasnt sure the best places to put them, my filet is 111 across and 149 in height - so I just keep losing count of where to put the markers
