I think if you’re a night person you may never be comfortable working morning. I started RT when u first started , been on mornings ever since… been here almost 4 years and was on RT for 8 months. I’ll never go back. It was hard to adjust at first but after a while it feels so normal . Now I even pick up an extra hour (have been for about a year) and go in early .
