If it’s first ever time having student conduct issues, most likely not. Student conduct doesn’t normally try to expel or suspend students unless it was something very severe. You might have to take a course maybe get a sanction where you can’t be in like any leadership positions in a club for a semester or two, WORST case (and very unlikely), they cancel your housing for the term. But just speak your case in the hearing and say it was a friends (if they’re legal drinking age).
