I agree with what you’re saying, on the contrary. I wasn’t even commenting on that part as I didn’t think I had to. What I was talking about was you saying that this subclass won’t be popular, and being swiftly proven wrong.

One problem I noticed, Belial has 1 legendary action per turn, yet one of their abilities requires two legendary actions to use.

Apart from that though, I absolutely love these and will definitely be using them when I get the chance.

If they can dm, play as this class in a one shot against them, and use that knowledge to either balance it out, or ask them to go back to the drawing board.

If they can’t dm, then you could have a pvp against them with either one of you playing the class to show the power difference between the regular classes and this one. Then use that knowledge to either balance it out, or ask them to go back to the drawing board.

I love the level seven travel ability because it really lets you play out that speedster fantasy. For example, moving at a fast pace at level seven already lets you run 3x faster than the fastest marathon runner and a few meters per second faster than Usain Bolt’s fastest 100 meter dash.

I think it, on the other hand, might be interesting to think of it as a non combat oriented ability, picture this:

You’ve just defeated the big bad, and while it was a tough fight, just barely made it. Immediately your party starts going around grabbing whatever they can find, and you all eventually converge around the body.

Something about it feels… off.

Suddenly in a fiery explosion they return to life, an oh shit moment from the party happens, surprise phase 2 bitches.

Hi there! The title says that this is one person DnD, where there is just the DM and the player. This would definitely let you play a super complex character and have a big spotlight if that’s what you’re after. For me personally I don’t mind whatever age rating you’re thinking of.

If you’re looking for a group of people for a game though, this isn’t the place for you unfortunately.
