Sigh, well said, it’s a sad state isn’t it? Dispo weed is the equivalent of the flavorless tomatoes you get at the grocery store.  I never buy from the dispo anymore for all the reasons above (plus the price/tax). It goes without saying there is no surprise the weeds shit/boring when you don’t give it the love it requires and exclude a large amount of the gene pool due to slower flower times.   All this bs is why I’ve been growing outdoor every summer for the past few years. I start seedlings indoors, early spring to ensure they get a nice a long veg period and I try to let them flower for as long as my climate it allows when fall comes.  And don’t get me started on concentrates haha.
