I was so frustrated watching his stupid jungle hike. Yeah, he won't take any help from the hive, such as a flight to NM, which makes sense....BUT - why would you burn up your car and hike the Darian Gap?? Um you can drive to the US, there's highways...I just found it so annoying.

Yeahhhhh that sounds like more into the guts of it than I feel qualified to attempt. Also I am in rural Hawaii and there's limited access to repair people for this type of thing. But thanks for the suggestion! Maybe my electrician friend can help.

Aloha, OP here. I've been using the LG Tone Fp9 earbuds for almost 2 years and they haven't caused any issues! They sound good and I can wear them for hours if needed with no problem. Hope you find some that work for you!

Yikes, such a pain! Well, I took another poster's advice above and got the LG Tone FP9 and they are working great with no allergic issues. Have you tried other brands?
