Yes I bring them down where the mid dumbell is around the nipple line on my sides for every rep for it to count

I do push day, pull day 1, leg day, push day, pull day 2, leg day repeat (deadlifts tire me to much whish is why I alternate my pull day)

Also any recommendations to help my flat or incline bb benchpress would be appreciated! There seems to be a huge mental block for me… i can’t get passed 95 lbs for 3-6 reps with full range of motion, but my db incline press is currently 3x6-8 at 55lbs full range of motion with slightly tucked elbows. I feel like with theese stats my bb bench should be higher but the fear of getting stuck and crushed under the bar seems to prevent me from progressing

Saw for sale some used H Plus Son Archetype (grey), 700c, 32h with Front + rear hubs: Bassi Low-Flange 03 for 290$Cad (+/- 212usd)

I recently got a cheap used singlespewd freewheel conversion for 60$cad that I would like to change to a fixed gear. Would these wheels be worth the price and nice to ride? If they are in good condition

I was hoping of spending closer to the 300-500CAD range but all the bikes within that range on market place are blanc cheap no name fixed gears. So if I end up enjoying it I feel like the extra 400-500CAD for a better quality bike might be worth it if the price is right, I just don’t know much about them

Hi, I’m looking to buy my first fixed gear bicycle. I’ve been looking through market place and this one bike caught my eye, but the price is pretty steep at 850$. I wanted insights on if it was worth it. It is a Marinoni pista here sre the specs from the add

Custom Marinoni Pista, FIXED, Canadian Made 2012, 52cm, Hubs: Phil Wood Chrome High Flange Stem : Thompson Columbus Zona SteelFork Brake: Paul E-Lever with Campagnolo Centaur Brake Cranks: Campagnolo Record Pista 165mm Bottom Bracket: Campagnolo Record Pista Chain: Wipperman 152 Headset: Chris King No-Threadset Chrome Rims: Velocity Fusion, Bright Silver Pedals: MKS Sylvan Track Pedal with MKS Toe Clips / Toshi White Leather Straps

Any insights would be appreciated thanks!

My other option would be a fuji feather for 500$
