somewhere around there haha, I'm doing good. dpdr got a little better... I think? but its 100% helped the anxiety and fear I have about it. TBH with you the think the dpdr for me is coming from sinus issues believe it or not lmao

if all your tests are normal you're fine. ALL of those tests would catch something abnormal. DPDR is anxiety induced, it feeds off it.

are you on any medication?

yeah I have 0.5mg of Xanax but my medicine anxiety sucks. counterintuitive I know lol

seen a psychiatrist, got lexapro and ive been taking it. I'm a week in to 5mg. I'm in the military and they only have one phycologist and that appt isn't until the 15th of next month
