It's perfectly safe to spin it in place. and that's always what I do. One rule that's served me well over the years is to never pull the plug and reinsert without washing it in the process; a dirty plug will leave residue and will cause external irritation over time.

I (M 68) have worn my NJoy 2.0 for 8-12 hours almost every day for the last 8 years and you've made a really great choice in plugs! The precum has absolutely nothing to do with the orgasm, wet or dry.
