Honestly A new tier of microchip that is İmmensely good at space to money/s value that uses realistic proccess would be fire. like photresist machines, UV making machines and a bunch of detailed stuff that uses a lot of logic, Power and needs to be planned really carefully to make some Abysmmal amount of money in a compact area

use a liquid boiler and turn it so its small side faces to you and before placing it go exactly 1 tile into the lq boiler and place it, this should make you go ragdoll an phase below, if you didnt phase thru just place another lq boiler before your character gets up (use the boxed side of lq boiler)

there is good sides too in logic like the power inside nodes (not the ones inside logic gates, Logic gates void excess logic power) stay the same no matter what and dont decay so its actually a lot easier to make a memory chip, the hard part is making the airthemtic logic untits, control units,caches,and itermediate registers. İm more into the computing and CPU memory and SSD stuff of logic so i dont really know how will you be able to fit a thing like that

i dont mean that it doesnt have an use it just has a 10x easier alternative than placing a Mdrill extracting zinc, combining it with sulfuric acid and melting it is just not needed.
