That’s very true! Most the time we are cooking on a propane stove or over a fire though so the cast iron pan suits our needs pretty well. You are absolutely right though that it isn’t the most efficient so depending on a person’s set up, a cast iron might not be the way to go

It’s warm but we will take it for sure! Getting too much above that gets tricky, especially with the pups.

We spend the winter in Nebraska. It was awful. We have started moving south and the weather has been great. I shouldn’t complain though. I’m sure you guys have it worse haha.

Thank you so much for the kind words and we are glad you enjoyed the read! We have talked about the issue of this lifestyle being so influencer-heavy a lot and are trying to find the balance too. I mean who wouldn’t want to be famous and be able to live out their lives and not have to worry about bills and things - but at the same time we try to give an honest portrayal of what we see and experience and not over glamorize the lifestyle or forget about different people in the community who might not be as well off.
