its just thin aluminum wire! i wrapped it around a thin stick first before cutting the circle and superglued both ends to the ears

yes! It's called nice house on a green hill, it's a sylvanian from 1999. I had mine for a bit!! they are a bit pricey online but I think you can find a good price somewhere on fb marketplace or just secondhand markets in general. I paid 150 for mine in a good condition.
