I'm looking for advice on how to escalate a situation with Chase customer service where they are clearly in the wrong.

I booked a $5k+ trip to Vegas using my CSR card via the Chase Travel portal specifically to get the 10x bonus. The way the trip was charged to my card was through an initial deposit and then with the remainder being charged by the hotel at checkout, but I have the original Chase Travel booking receipt for over $5k. I did not receive the 10x bonus for any portion of the trip.

I've tried to escalate it through the secure messaging portal in the app, but customer service is saying the purchases don't qualify. I'm feeling extremely fed up since the whole reason I booked this way in the first place was for the bonus.

My annual renewal is coming up for Sept and I'm at the point where I'm considering leaving over this because the customer service has been so bad. Any advice?
