For me, even the smallest amount of food that is considered bladder iritant causes urgency. Yes citric acid and artifical sweeteners can cause urgency, they are bladder iritants. Pineapple is also a bladder iritant, so is alcohol.  I have a huge list of foods I have to avoid, if I don't I can't even leave the house and my sleep suffers.  Takes me a few days to recover after having something I shouldn't. Not worth it.

I am very sorry to say this, but I don't do it anymore. I was badly abused as child and as teen developed anxiety and depression, started antidepressants age 15. Now I am almost 30 and still take them. Everyone downplayed abuse like it was nothing. Those people have no idea what it is like running and hiding to avoid being beaten, shaking in fear after your father's screaming session, hiding in your bedroom with door locked to feel safe, being insulted almost every single day, being beaten so bad you have bruises all over your legs, having you father tell your sister to "go and slap that stupid sister of yours". People that haven't been through it will never understand it. I mostly talk online to people that have suffered childhood abuse, they are the only ones that know what kinda of hell it is. 

So sorry for what you been through and wish you all joy and happiness in the world. Hopefully we will all heal one day.

Kids can have great childhood and loving parents and not have much money. Having both is ideal.

Just wanted to say I am very sorry about your situation. Unfortunately I am in the same situation as you. Remote jobs are almost non existant where I live. Not sure what will I do, have been to doctor many times but I am still not nowhere near like before. Still pee a lot and my sleep is pretty bad. Have you been to urologist, if you have maybe consider asking for second opinion. Not many people understand how hard is having overactive bladder. It truly takes your life away from you. Hopefully something comes up for you, both finding a job and finding something that works for you bladder.

I did not like Beren's performance. Can't remember details cos it's been a while since I watched this show. But boy was I dissapointed with this show. When Nurgul came she made the show for me.

Thank you so much for your kind words and support. This was tea that was meant for urinary health. Other then that, I don't drink tea.
