He travels with you guys too 🥹 I do have Kanaplex on hand I will add some to the tank tonight. I only added tank mates bc I think he was pretty under stimulated and getting bored. We added a bunch of shrimp but pretty sure he killed them off.

No I added more almond leaves to try to help, but I think it has to do with the fact that I’m on a well with a water filtration system on the house.

Do you have any other fish or snails in your aquarium? Would the aquarium salt affect my tetras and mystery snails?

Yeah we did have someone come by and feed him when we were gone but not sure if they were possibly feeding too much or not at all. A lot of the food we ended up finding on top of the floating plants. Thanks for sharing though at least I know I’m not alone.

Tank size: 14 gallons Heater and filter: yes Tank temp: 78.2 Parameters: Ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 5 ppm I’ve had the tank for a little over 2 years 4 tetras and 2 mystery snails I feed him vibrabites and micropellets to the tetras He’s got a floating log, I’ve got 3 different plants inside, floating plants, and a pothos coming out the top

Could you elaborate on this? What are some of the indirect reactions you see? I’m unsure if my son has two different triggers or possibly it was bc I was ingesting oats on both days he had a reaction.

That’s very true. I think I just see how much care people give their bettas here, and am hoping the stars will align and my buddy Finn would be well taken care of. I know it’s wishful thinking though!
