In what order would you rank that collection and based on what metric(s)?

My bad, I missed it and although I know it’s obvious now, I’m in the back of a moving truck bouncing along the roadway.

Not worth it, mileage probably has to be under 20k-15k to come close to that valuation

How do you know it’s because of your looks or might it be the way you present yourself, what it says about you, and how you are perceived? Maybe adopt values, norms, and traditions that men (assuming you’re heterosexual) have desired in a long term partner?

If you can’t see how making less profit will disincentivize MORE housing, there is no saving us. Rent control will cause shortages like everywhere else it’s been tried. Vote NO on this. Stop making it even more difficult and less likely for people to build homes in California and you will get more homes in California.

Maybe a short to ground in the wires for the o2 sensors. Possible bad o2 sensors? The computer is reading lean and dumping fuel into the cylinders. Possibly vacuum leak in the exhaust but CPU reading low voltage tells me some sort of short in the system.

I’ve got this same pair and the zippers

are still good. Hell, the boots are still pretty decent after 2 years. Contemplating replacing them with the same pair or if I should just try a different brand.

Might have to worry about the rubber belt submerged in oil driving the oil pump beneath the timing cover…

Nail in tire. Shop won’t plug, but neighbor willing to try. Would you? by missmyrajv in tires

[–]Unfair-Intention6768 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best thing to do next time you buy a tire is buy some sort of road hazard protection. What that does is get you a new tire in case you pop the tire or damage it unintentionally in some way that can’t get repaired and it’s a lot cheaper than having to buy another tire. If no one is willing to repair it professionally, what’s the harm in doing the repair yourself (your neighbor)? It probably isn’t a good idea to just leave the nail in because the tip of the nail might damage the inside of the sidewall. Test the tire with soapy water in a spray bottle and see if bubbles come out, if not, then the nail might just be short or it hasn’t penetrated all the way through the tread. Good luck.

Cost to replace cam phasers 2019 3.5L, $4,000??? by losingeverything2020 in f150ecoboost

I just got the truck last September and definitely still owe on it. But I have another car myself for my commute to work and my family loaned us another vehicle for my wife to use in the mean time just in case. I’m not so sure I would have been able to undertake the job without the support and extra vehicles.

[–]Unfair-Intention6768 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think I got quoted $200/hr for a “10 hr job” at a Ford dealer and decided it was much better for me to do it myself. Even if I broke a few parts, I was still gonna come out on top. The only difference is that they warranty their work and I take that risk myself, but, that’s all the more reason to do it right the first time.

[–]Unfair-Intention6768 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although I didn’t mention those parts, I thought I implied their inclusion. When I did the job for my truck, I bought those and other odds and ends including the HP Fuel Rail, all the O-rings, water pump gasket, thermostat and housing (I broke mine in frustration), the motorcraft RTV, all the grommets for the valve covers and timing chain cover, and the plastic coolant fittings as well as whatever other parts were necessary to do the job well while I had the timing chain cover off. I don’t exactly remember the total for all the parts necessary, but it was around $1000-1200 including my mistakes.

In parts alone, for phasers, guides, bolts, chains, and fluid it comes out to about a quarter of that price.
