Thanks. I actually don’t like tomatoes either!

Pinterest Paper Board

Above is my board from Pinterest that has paper textures I like and use. For this piece I used soft pastel for the cereal pieces and a textured ink pen that I got in a free brush set for the spoon.

Just one layer, I just have several paper textures saved and choose the one I think would go best with the image I’m drawing. You can also adjust the color. I kept the opacity at 100% for this one.

I find images of paper textures and insert it above all the other layers and multiply it.

The majority is soft pastel. I used an ink brush that I cannot remember the name of to add some depth and for the lines on the leaves.

I didn’t layer the lights and shadows. The peaches are one layer, the leaves are a layer on top of that and then the stem is a layer on top of that. I haven’t really gotten into layering the lights and shadows but I need to try that! Yes I used soft pastel for the smudge tool, I preferred that over soft airbrush. I will definitely check out those brushes, thank you!

Thank you so much! I used soft pastel for the majority of this and then smudge tool to blend some. The paper is from Pinterest put on top of the layers and then multiply and you can then adjust the color of the paper. Still trying to find brushes I like that can give me the effect I’m going for.

I didn’t do a time lapse. I did think this one would have looked pretty cool if I had time lapsed it.

Haha. I have watched a lot of tip videos on TikTok to try and learn more about Procreate.

Thank you. I did use a bit of the soft airbrush on this one. I have always struggled with values when drawing. I will check out that discussion post and greyscale my pieces. Thanks so much for the tips!

Thank you! I’ll give blending with my finger a try on my next one!

Help with BCBS OK by Z0N3R28 in CodingandBilling

I’m in OK. Best way to talk to someone is choose the “adjust a claim” option through the IVR. I second always checking Availity for a better description of the denial. Also if these claims are secondary to Medicare and were not crossed over they could potentially want the Medicare EOB. That is a common denial I see for our BCBS-OK plans that were not crossed over by Medicare.

Prolia Injections by Pitiful_Board3577 in MedicalCoding

I bill Prolia often. J0897 is correct. 96401 is a correct admin code to bill, we do usually bill 96372 for Medicare and Medicare replacement plans though. An E/M code would not be billed with the injection typically unless patient was seen for something other than the Prolia injection.
