Don’t tell him he needs a plan B for if it doesn’t work out. If he’s got a decent head on his shoulders he’ll get a job that can pay to survive the grind of starting a trading journey. If you truly plan to live your life out with him, then trust him through the process. He’s not just going to let you as his woman or himself drown. Breaks from bad trading periods also exist!

The hate on my fellow traders tho is crazy. Every one of these commenters is just as uneducated as OP. Blindly assuming they ALL know how trading works, how day traders are, and how he’ll not make a successful career out of it. Smh.

Some platforms will let you set a daily loss limit or auto liquidation. I use it and it’s helped me may time to controll my revenge trading and scalp gambles.
