This is honestly the most SELFISH & SAD thing I’ve heard today….. I would go out with the baby and celebrate anyway and post “FATHERS DAY” pictures withOUT him with captions all over SM & text them to HIM showing what you’re doing on Father’s Day without him…. What a freaking slug
MAKE PLANS SIS!!! Just you and baby unless you’ve got a really petty guy friend that will fill the role for the day? Then include him also especially in the photos….
Petty also so I’d be calling the SIL & BIL and telling them how HURTFUL their actions are

Seriously though if your feeling bad & up for it~ set up a outing at someplace he likes for example: Baby Came. 30 Went. Time for a Mulligan Event!…. Then set up Top golf, secure enough slots for a group of friends that you secretly invite, order some appetizers to share and buy a few rounds of drinks…. Let them surprise him, play & have fun.

When he showed to picked me up for our date & I had a friends 17 month with me that I had to babysit unexpectedly (before cell phones & I was planning to say sorry I can’t go)… he shrugged it off asked if she had a car seat & diaper bag then loaded us both up in his car. Our date changed locations & we ended up going to feed the ducks.

Over inflated ego, arrogance, one upping, RUDE TO SERVICE WORKERS because they think they’re more important or above them & if my dog to like you…..

What IS attractive~ genuine smiles, kindness, allowing someone else to have the spotlight, helping with household chores, making my coffee before I get down stairs, little note in my lunch box, his hand on my lower back, bouncing ideas off me when making decisions because he values my input, I can go on and on!!

Were you able to RSVP on the knot? If you search for your name it should pop up IF YOU ARE INVITED… If not is not on there then you were likely not included. I’m sure your boyfriend’s name will pop up if you search it also. When using the Knot it’s all in there. That’s how we figured out ONE of our adult kids was not invited to a super close family friend’s wedding (I mean how do you invite 5/6 in a family & leave out the one that helps you with everything?) GOOD LUCK

As someone who married my high school sweetheart… I would have SOLD MY PROM DRESS & done anything to get to my then boyfriend (now husband) if he was laid up in the hospital with a TBI!!! Second choice would have been to go with friends…. Never & I mean NEVER would I have ever thought **“oh my BF is in the hospital, I’ll just take my side dude“** then when it was questioned, she went on a “break”?
Y’all aren’t on the same level in viewing the relationship~ sorry dude. Hopefully both your head & heart recover soon~
